Free shipping on all US domestic orders.
Items are shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is placed.
All items are shipped from the USA. Harrison Hollis® is not responsible for any duty fees that may be charged during the international customs process.
All parcels are shipped via USPS. Express shipping is not available at this time.
APPAREL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered garments WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING DELIVERED. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must have all tags attached. To return the item you have received, click Returns Portal and enter your order number. After printing your shipping label, attach it to the package and mail it.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
ALL LAST CHANCE AND SAMPLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
APPAREL REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any refunds.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
CONSULTATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Consultation appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time in order to receive a full refund. All other cancellations will be processed for a 50% refund.
